You will receive shipping information via email when we have an update on your order. Please ensure you enter your email address carefully when checking out as we may not be able to contact you otherwise.
We aim to ship products on the same day we receive your order, however this is not always possible due to constraints of our shipping supplier. You will receive an email when your order ships from our warehouse. We will contact you directly if there are any problems shipping your order. Our courier usually picks up orders at 12pm. Therefore orders placed after 12pm will ship next business day.
Delivery times indicated on the shipping descriptions are a delivery target but cannot be guaranteed. We endeavour to ship your products as fast as possible but delays may occur. For CourierPost shipping updates, please see here.
Overnight shipping refers to next business day and is not guaranteed. If your order is shipped on a Friday, we cannot guarantee weekend delivery. Please refer to CourierPost standard shipping times here.
We regret we cannot ship orders during the weekend. This is because courier services only collect from our warehouse on business days (Mon-Fri). If you place an order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will ship on the next business day (usually Monday morning).
We are currently unable to ship most products overseas due to restrictions in sending dangerous goods (eg. batteries) out of New Zealand. If you have an enquiry relating to non-dangerous goods international shipping, please contact us via email [email protected]
Returns / Refunds
If a product purchased at 18650 NZ is found to be defective or not fit for purpose, we will endeavour to repair or replace it where possible. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a refund. Due to the nature of lithium batteries being consumable products, we unfortunately cannot offer returns on batteries that have been used or removed from their packaging unless found to be defective. Unless agreed otherwise, all battery sales are final.
